Service and Maintenance
It is critical to ensure the product is in good working order at all times to ensure that the benefit is gained from the solution. It has been found on many occasions in the event of incidents, equipment has not been maintained and therefore does not enable crucial evidence when needed and often found that there is no one individual held responsible for the upkeep of equipment. Wesric has noted this issue and thus offers a sevice and maintenance contract on all equipment thus eliminating the concern of you as a customer that your equipment is working properly.
Repairs
Wesric offers repairs on all technical equipment after completing an assessment and will quote accordingly. Products installed under Wesric's guarantee will be replaced as agreed.
